Great location
Strange check-in, long list of things we'd be charged for should we do this, that and the other, sign here, not friendly at all. But the lady on check out was lovely. The room was very basic compared to other hotels we've stayed in this trip, but the lack of windows was perfect for helping us sleep and reduce our jetlag. Just seemed like an old room in need of a freshen up, but clean and more spacious than other Singapore hotel rooms. In a great location, 5 minute walk from MRT station and near lots of restaurants.

Feel Cheated
Feel CHEATED!! I booked a Deluxe Skylight Room. But i was given a lower grades room with a reason of skylight room not available but when i check again online... There is!! I request the staff to let their reservation department to give me a call but till now, i did not receive any call, email, sms at all. This is irresponsible And hotel.com cant do anythin to help at tat timing.

The place was awesome and not too bad as it was my first time trying at rest bugis hotel but the scent of lemongrass is too strong and the tv subtittles on the lower part could not be seen other than that it was awesome and they should seperate the twin beds dont join them together as i only found out nearer to my day of check out date which is 6.1.2022 there was a power point whereby i could charge nearer to my bed they should improve on the above mentioned

Staycation 24 Dec to 26 Dec with le familia
Booked 2 family rooms for Staycation from 24 Dec to 26 Dec 2021. Our room is C203. Our room is clean. The service is very good. The other room C205 which my mom stays in with my brother and sister. The wifi internet connection is very slow. But we were impressed that the staff name Mr Ian from the hotel front desk.Really provided us with good customer service by providing us an extra mile and by providing us a solution at another room C205 by giving us an wifi repeater (rest bugis hotel management). He even provide us rest bugis hotel wifi password. Mr Ian check on his phone for the wifi connection speed inside room C205 is very slow. We would like to compliment Mr Ian for his excellent customer service. We would like the rest bugis hotel management to look into this matter by providing and rerouting the AP so that we have wifi connection inside the C205 Room. Not convenient as no lift access. My mom is old and no.convenient as she needs to clb up and down the staircase. We would like the rest bugis hotel management to look into ways of having lifts access to go into hotels room easier for older senior citizens. Guests booked 2 family rooms with older senior citizens please place us at another building where they is lift access side by side so that we can look after our mom easier. Kindly look into this feedback and the recommendation provided.

Staycation from 24 Dec to 26 Dec 2021. Booked 2 family rooms for staycation.The rooms are located at the another building. Our room number C205 and another room number C203. The place is not convenient for older senior citizens as need to climb up and down the staircase. My mom had a difficulty in climbing up and down the staircase as my mom is old and having leg pain. We would like the Rest Bugis Hotel(Management) to look into this matter by having an lift access so that it will be convenient for older staff to use the lifts to access to their hotel rooms. we are having problem with the Wifi connection.it is very slows. The staff at the counter name Mr Ian went an extra mile by going to our room at C205 to check on our wifi connection by using his phone.but still cannot go through on the wifi connection.He provided us the rest bugis staff wifi connection password but still cannot access.He provided us a solution by giving us Rest Bugis Hotel (Management) wifi repeater at our hotel room. We would like to compliment Mr Ian the service counter staff for his patient, provided us solution for the wifi connection.Its really good in customer service. Only inside the toilet door of room C205 needs to be clean.Its dirty, we told the staff who are going to clean our rooms to clean behind the door as it is very dirty.He acknowledge but did not clean.when we checked.Its best for booking of 2 family rooms to placed us in the another building where there are lift access. Thank you.

Christmas holiday. Staycation with family members. From Friday 24 December to Sunday 26 December 2021. Booked 2 family room. Overall experience ok. It is located at the another building outside. But have to climb up and down the high level of staircases.For young adults and people it is ok but for older adults and people it's not so convenient. My mother is old. Difficult to climb up and down the staircase. Would like to give a suggestion or reccemondation to Rest Bugis Hotel Management, to provide lift for an easy access for older adults or people or senior citizens to use to go into their hotel room easier. Really hope the management of Rest Bugis Hotel would look through into this matter. We were satisfied with the service served by Mr Ian from the counter service staff. He really went an extra mile in providing an service an solution when we told him that our room C205 the wifi is not strong very slow. He went an extra mile to give us a solution in giving us the repeater (Rest Bugis Hotel Management staff) for the wifi inside our hotel room and even tried to check the wifi inside our room by using his phone and provided us with the staff password but the wifi connection still cannot get through its very slow.He tried his best to troubleshoot. We would like to commended him. we are satisfied with his service.We would also like to request the management of Rest Bugis Hotel to look for possible avenue in rerouting AP for wife inside our room for faster internet connection.
