If you’re coming late to the property then the check in process is automated through a machine and for me it caused quite a lot of issue since the POS machine was not responding. So i had to be stranded outside in cold rainy day for almost half an hour.

Vraiment pas satisfait. Arrivé après l'heure d'ouverture de l'accueil, eh bien personne pour prendre le sans contact et me donner access à la chambre. À 23h... J'ai dû repartir et bien évidemment la chambre à tout de même été débitée. Comment c'est encore possible en 2025? Bien sûr quand on veut téléphoner au service B&B c'est payant... A fuir !!!

Attention à l'entretien !
Arrivée du soir un peu difficile avec tous les codes... mais c'est l'époque. Il reste que la solitude avec des claviers, c'est aux antipodes de la convivialité ! Attention à l'entretien : rideau de douche sale et déchiré et anneaux manquants, lavabo branlant et joint mur déchiré, lampe de chevet de Gauche HS et réglages télé bien trop lumineux. En supplément, poser un limiteur de température sur l'eau chaude : on se brûle à partir de 48°C et il n'y a pas de mitigeurs thermostatiques. Pas normal dans cette classe d'hôtel ! Mais personnel adorable !
