Falta de informações sobre a estádia. Deveria haver um folheto explicando algumas coisas como: senha do wi-fi, horário do café da manhã/local onde será servido, discar o número para chamar no ramal da recepção, como pedir consumações e que o tipo de hospedagem solicitada por mim, me dava de cortesia os insumos presentes no frigobar. No mais, o ambiente é agradável, quarto bem limpo, ducha perfeita para um banho relaxante e um café da manhã farto e saborosi. Podem ir!

Ideal na Savassi

Gosto de ficar hospedado nesse hotel. A localização é excelente, os funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã ótimo e a comida do restaurante maravilhosa. Algumas atualizações nas camas, que já estão ultrapassadas, principalmente, quando fazem a junção de duas de solteiro, pois fica desigual e incomoda muito na hora de dormir. Outro detalhe importante: o valor do estacionamento é um ABSURDO E UM ABUSO, chegando e ser mais caro que estacionamentos de aeroportos. Acho que para os hóspedes deveria ser mais barato. Creio que realmente os clientes estão sendo abusados economicamente nesse valor cobrado.

Can’t say enough about how good their breakfast is! We had some issues with the air conditioning but overall the location and price make this is my go to hotel in Belo Horizonte! I’ve stayed here many times over the years.

O hotel vivenzo infelizmente caiu muito a qualidade. Frequento ele há mais de 7 anos. Porém, a cada ano vem caindo a qualidade. Quartos sulcateados, limpeza dos banheiros bem ruim (tem lodo e limo do box do chuveiro, piso grudento), cama muito desconfortável, ar condicionado velho e barulhento. Enfim, é muito triste ver um hotel que era muito bom ficar desta forma.

Decadente!

Decadente. Fiquei várias vezes e é nítida a decadência do Vivenzo. Tinha uma ducha excelente mas desligaram pressurizador. A limpeza deixa a desejar com limbo no box engordurado. Shampoo diluído. Piso de madeira também aparência de sujo e que não vê desinfetante há tempos. Voltei do trabalho as 22h e não tinha toalha. Foram 25minutos para entregarem no quarto após pedir várias vezes à João Carlos na recepção. Só quando me vesti para buscar pessoalmente as 22h30 bateram na porta para entregar. Café da manha continua excelente.
