Krabi stay 6 nights
Location of property- good. Amenities, cafe, eating shops, services are on main street 10 mins walk outside the hotel. Beach 15mins walk . Free parking at this end of beach. Rooms - good size / not too cramp. Would have preferred housekeeping to mop the floor. The fabric chairs in our room were stained. Preferred to lay a towel over before seating.

It was amazing, staff were great. The hotel was wonderful, food and cocktails were great. Comfortable room and clean. I would comment on the pool close time being very early at 7 pm, it would have been perfect if it was open until 9-10 pm. We were doing long day tours and unfortunately didn’t get time to enjoy the pool as it would close by the time we were back. Other than that it was perfect, thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Excellent modern resort hotel
Excellent modern hotel, great facilities. Breakfast good, child club free and nice play room. Pool slightly cool but nice and gym small but has essentials. 10 minute walk to beach if you go back way, 15 minute main road way which is full of shops and restaurants so feel in middle of things.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Have previously been to Krabi and walked past this hotel and thought it looked nice. Decided to stay here on most recent trip and all I can say is looks can be deceiving. This hotel is poorly constructed. Walls and doors are thin and you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing/saying. Room design/toilet and shower location are terrible with no expectation of privacy. The water slide in the pool area is not stable, creaks and shakes if someone on the larger side decides to go on it. The staff are rude and not accommodating at all. When I spoke with the front desk about an issue, they were not helpful and actually told me to contact Expedia. Expedia ended up escalating the issue and contacted the hotel for me to no avail. The room was not clean, had various stains on the walls, and it seems they never mop their floors either. The only good thing about this place is their pizza. Stay at your own risk!!!
