The property is close to the airport and so is a convenient place to stay when traveling. Our room was small and in need of some repairs. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, the property is adequate for an overnight stay during a layover in Torreón.

El hotel no está mal, pero ofrecen servicios que no tienen, como transporte al aeropuerto. Yo lo solicité en la noche para que me llevaran a las 7 de la mañana al aeropuerto y me dijeron que no había otro vehículo y que el único que tenían iba a salir a las 7:30 pero para otro lugar, cuando se supone que el servicio es al aeropuerto. Otra cosa es que el desayuno lo sirven hasta las 7, muy tarde en comparación con otros hoteles. Yo necesitaba desayunar antes de irme al aeropuerto así es que no pude hacerlo porque mi salida era precisamente a esa hora. Pero lo peor de este hotel, es el personal. El recepcionista con una facha que parecía el lava coches y peor aún su actitud, cuando solicité el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto, puros NO obtenía por respuesta, NO es que no se puede, NO es que ya es muy tarde, NO es que no puedo, ‘o es que no tenemos. Incapaz de dar una soluciona las solicitudes de los huéspedes.
