This is a first class hotel, the room was very spacious, which is fairly unusual for Japanese hotel rooms. The location was excellent close to the station and lots of dining options around the area. I was thoroughly recommend this hotel and go back there in an instant.
We only spend one night here as it was on our way from Sapporo to Tokyo. Good location close to restaurants and the red brick warehouses. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel but it was perfect for what we needed.

i wish there were more coin laundry machines. They were almost always occupied, so i coud not use them.
But this is a minor problem. The breakfast buffet was more excellent than I had expected. i do wish to visit your hotel again.

Room appeared new and expensive. However there was a faint smell which suggested someone may have previously smoked in the room. The hotel also have a large onsite Onsen with an outdoor area, but it was very crowded during my stay at the hotel.

The hotel is quite old but well maintained. Nice location and easy walk to tourist attractions nearby. After a long day, Onsen definitely helps a lot

Wonderful onsen!
This hotel is beautiful. The front desk employees are very kind, and speak English. They were very eager to try to communicate with us in English, it was wonderful service. The onsen on the top floor is excellent as well. If you've never tried an onsen, this is a great place to try it. You can watch out the windows and get a view of the water while you soak.
The room was impeccably clean and the bath products provided were very nice.
It is close to some really nice attractions no more than a 15 minute walk away. Highly recommend!
