Myself and 4 friends planned a rafting trip in the area and decided to stay here two nights. We had a wonderful stay, cute rooms, great service and friendly staff. Restaurant provided multiple options for dining and the breakfast was ample. Would highly recommend!

Great little resort
This is a lovely little resort, in a beautiful location. I would guess not many Americans have visited, but I really appreciated it. The breakfast was nice, the staff was pleasant (although only one spoke English), and it was really nice to enjoy the hot tub with the view when the weather wasn't warm. The room wasn't large, but totally adequate for my needs, and the shower was nice.

Esse era um hotel que eu sempre admirava por fotos e redes sociais, e que ontem tive o desprazer de conhecer. O pior problema foi o ar condicionado do quarto, um barulho enlouquecedor, e com o calor q estava fazendo não tive outra opção, pois estava com meu marido e minha filha de 3 anos era impossivel ficar no calor. Entretanto só consegui dormir umas 3h essa noite isso pq estava exausta, o barulho era de fato absurdo. Alem disso, o lençol não cabia no colchão, ficava saindo toda hora. Nao tinha controle remoto da TV, e mesmo eu pedindo por 3 vezes, nao me forneceram, tinha q ficar levantando pra alterar volume, ligar e desligar a tv. As toalhas sao pequenas e bastante desgastadas. Café da manhã muuuuito simples. Só vale a pena a area de lazer e a vista que é muito bonita. Está muito longe de ser um hotel 4 estrelas. Não vale mesmo o valor que cobram. Decepção.

Nossa estadia no Resort foi mt ótima! O lugar é lindo, bem calmo para quem procura lugar para descansar. Resort com excelente estrutura. Ficamos em um quarto standard e em um chalé, o quarto oferece o básico, mas é confortável, o chalé é bem completo e mt aconchegante. O que achei q deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, não tem mt variedade e não diferencia as opções no decorrer dos dias, fechamos 3 diárias e acrescentamos mais 1, todos os dias eram as mesmas opções, suco, por exemplo, só teve de laranja em todos os dias. Os funcionários são mt simpáticos, atenciosos e solícitos. No geral a estadia atendeu nossas expectativas! Voltaremos com ctz!
