I have positive & negative comments about this hotel. There were 12 of us who booked this hotel through Hotels.com. for 4 nights. 5 couples booked the Superior Suite with balcony. I personally emailed the hotel to confirm these 5 couples received their particular rooms. I received an email from the Director of Sales reconfirming the booked rooms. Upon arrival their rooms were NOT available. They received a complimentary dinner and were told they would be moved the next day. We went on a full day sightseeing tour and arrived back to the hotel at 6:00pm. The couples went to the front desk and were told they should have been there between 4:00-5:00pm to change rooms. No one told us this! Having been in the travel industry for 39 years I found the owner and discussed this problem with him. At first he seemed concerned and asked the man at the front desk the situation. This man lied to the owner. I told the owner I was standing there when he told the 5 couples basically you’re not getting your rooms. Then the owner had the audacity to tell me that mistakes happen and just walked away. The same man behind the desk told a man in our party that he was not a concierge when asked if he would make a dinner reservation at a particular restaurant. We had such problems from this front desk man and the owner could not care less. In saying this, the hotel is very nice. Great amenities in the bathroom. Hotel clean. Restaurant staff helpful.

2/10 Poor

Not good at all
Not a good hotel. Its outdated and the staff just do not seem to care about customer services. Always queues at reception, the wifi constantly dropped out and the TVs where old and i had to keep getting maintenance to come up and fix the TV. The restaurant served nice food but the one of the waiters was rude (i did make it clear to another staff member who this was). Made us feel really uncomfortable. I was not keen on the hotel security either. I will not stay here again...
