Decepcionante
Fui bem recepcionado, o atendimento é bom. O hotel tem boa estrutura e bem localizado, a ducha é maravilhosa, entretanto, o quarto deixa a desejar, pois tinha o cheiro de mofo, as paredes estavam mofadas, a maçaneta da porta defeituosa, as da cabeçeira da cama dando curto no bucal e ainda ficava com zumbido, aliás, por não ficar ao lado da cabeçeira (e sim sobre a cabeça) não se pode encostar as costa na parede senão levará certamente um choque. O ar-condicionado parecia que tinha uma sacola dentro enquanto ligado. Em suma, não volto e não recomendo.

Quarto mau dividido, portas do armário caindo, tomadas e instalações elétricas precárias, má condições de manutenção das instalações hidráulicas, com vazamentos de água do box para o banheiro, prejudicando a utilização do mesmo. A piscina, no período de 10 dias, não foi dada manutenção nem limpeza diária, até que fosse feito reclamação junto à gerência, Sra Flávia. O serviço de copa/cozinha deixou a desejar no tocante a atendimento, prestreza e educação com os clientes.

Hotel simples, mas que funciona bem
O hotel é bem localizado, em frente à praia. Os funcionários são simpáticos e eficiente. O café da manhã é bom. Só não gostei da limpeza do quarto, que deixou muito a desejar. As acomodações São bastante simples. É um local pra vc dormir apenas.

O hotel tinha tudo o que precisávamos para descansar, que era exatamente o que esperávamos. Uma cama confortável, água quente, ar condicionado. O fato de ser a poucos metros da barraca toatoa, é um plus que foi decisivo na nossa opção pelo abrolhos. Só tivemos problemas com o wifi oferecido, que era lento e costumava cair.

Pior hotel que já me hospedei! o único ponto positivo é a localização. Pontos negativos: TODOS!!! O hotel disponibiliza vaga de garagem, porem não tem local para acondicionar todos os carros,o atendente disse que teríamos que deixar nosso carro na rua; o ar condicionado é super velho e barulhento, não deixa ninguém dormir; limpeza precária do quarta, tinha até baratas no banheiro; a cama de casal são duas camas de solteiro amarradas por um elástico e ainda de níveis diferentes; solicitamos um ovo frito no café da manha e tivemos que pagar 4,00 reais. Enfim, péssima estadia.
