Great Hotel, Excellent Location
Stayed overnight prior to our departure the next day back to the States. Quick check-in with friendly staff, dinner was in the bar which had an excellent bartender, along with a superb staff. Room was very nice and wanted for nothing. Excellent location when flying in or out of Frankfurt Flughafen. Overall, everything about Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport was outstanding.

The reception staff were liveky, but the restaurant staff not so much. The manager was also very rude towards staff, she was wagging her fingers at them, like they were toddlers. It was very painful to watch, treat people with respect man.

Stayed for one night due to a 17hour layover at Frankfurt airport. It was very convenient with shuttle bus from airport to hotel and back again for 6 euros. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and very quiet. Would stay here again without hesitation.

I liked the shuttle service, wished I had known that it was shorter to walk to the hotel from Terminal 2 than going to Terminal 1 and catching the shuttle bus.to the hotel.
