Before we even booked the hotel, I had reached out to the front desk. They were quick to answer, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find out that one of the two of our rooms was ready early so we were able to check in and clean up which was wonderful after our 12 hour flight. The location was perfect from the train station and access to the trams. Very highly recommend.

Great staff and rooms are very good comparing with European standards. Located next to a sex shop, many beggars and junkies in the area, specially at night.
