No one speaks English nor Spanish. The food was very poor, specially at breakfast time. It was very difficult to book the transportation from the Airport to the hotel, because they are the only ones that do it. Its a very expensive hotel, and you expect much more

Lost and Found?
We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time, the only problem was with lost properties when things went missing in the swimming pool very quickly. 3 caps and 1 swim top in 3 days!! 1 cap found. When I asked swimming staff if they had seen it, they would say, contact lost property. It would be helpful if you waited until the end of the day to send things to lost property, as in many occasions I just went with my soon to see where he had left his item and it was no where to be seen. Lost or stolen?? The Hotel was not that busy and if guests were stealing children's itens, it's quite sad. It would be helpful if you had an area in the pool where lost properties could be found and not a extension number ... Children usually leave things behind and go back and find them, but it was not the case this time...

Resort muito bom e bonito
Excelente estrutura é uma ótima opção para resort no Brasil. Da próxima vez vou de avião até una invés de ilhéus pois por ilhéus achei cansativo. O resort é diferenciado por ser em uma ilha exclusiva, muita segurança. Trabalham com ingredientes de qualidade, e com marcas de bebida de qualidade também porém infelizmente não foi sinônimo de bons drinks. A equipe deveria ter um treinamento melhor pois quem está acostumado a tomar bons drinks em excelentes bares do Brasil sente uma diferença gritante no sabor. Tinha drink que eu começava a beber e largava o copo porque não ficava bom normalmente, poucos salvaram. O resort é muito bonito mas eu senti falta de algumas coisas que vi em outros grandes resorts pelo mundo e não tinha lá, como por exemplo um bar esportivo. Sala de boliche, etc. A noite se torna uma rotina, a única opção de lazer é a música ao vivo e só. Mas num geral muito confortável e agradável. Sentimos falta de informação, eu fui descobrir na hora de ir embora que é legal ver o pôr do sol no restaurante baiano, que é aquele quando chega e quando vai embora pelo barco. E um último detalhe que achei negativo foi que após contratar o transfer ida e volta ainda tem que pagar taxa de travessia do barco, sendo que o transfer até o hotel já deveria estar incluso isso, pois a gente paga o transfer ATÉ O HOTEL e não até o outro lado do mar, ou seja… acho bem deselegante essa taxa extra da travessia.

30 anos de admiração e respeito...
Somos Hospedes do Transamérica Comandatuba há exatos 30 anos. Manutenção impecável em um lugar paradisíaco. Não tinhamos conhecido o sistema All Inclusive até esta viagem. A qualidade ficou muito próxima do que era anteriormente com alguns ajustes. Recomendamos investir no enxoval dos Bangalôs e nas toalhas de piscina. Apesar da excelente manutenção, os Bangalos continuam com as mesmas caracteristicas da abertura do Hotel há mais de 3 decadas sendo necessário um retrofit e atualização. Mas com certeza, continua sendo um excelente hotel no Brasil!
