The hotel has a great location and is easily accessible to explore the Pratunam area, Big C, and Central World. Overall, it's an excellent location with great service. One area for improvement: the hotel should give advance notice to guests about Songran private pool parties, rather than informing them only at the entrance when guests come down for a swim. That said, the event organizer was kind enough to allow my baby to use the children's pool, which we truly appreciated.

Its family friendly. But maybe for 4 or 5 and above. Hotel is comfortable. Room was make up everyday. Gotten the daily breakfast at quite reasonable price.
