The front desk staff were so lovely. Gave us info on where to go and what to see. They could not have been nicer. Now, I only say this because I know how difficult it is to figure out where to stay but…the smell. Masked by some sort of cologne in the lobby, it became evident as you climbed the stairs. My sister said her room smelled like a dentist’s office but I was getting goat. It was really really strong. The heat in the hallways was abnormally high. I would choose somewhere else at least for the next while.

Very nice b&b, much better than advertised! Good breakfast, spacious room with effective AC and excellent cleaning. The master bed was very comfortable, the spare bed was not. Excellent service and possibility to charge our EV.

Used the hotel for an overnight stop and was very pleased with it. Hotel was clean, room was very big and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good value at 5 euro. There isn't much around the hotel if you are looking for dining options but Sesto Calende with its many restaurants is only a ten minute drive away.

Cheap & lousy, but quiet
A somewhat lousy hotel with poorly furnished rooms and dull lighting. Probably had its heyday in the 80s and 90s. But clearly not much has been done to it since then, so it's a rather sad affair. Luckily, it's relatively close to the airport, without a lot of aircraft noise. And it's a relatively cheap hotel. You should only choose it to save money, not because you should expect a particularly exciting experience

Booked a room with AC, mini fridge with complimentary water and none was provided. When addressed they said maybe it’ll get fixed. When I asked to speak to a manager, was told it’s a low budget hotel and there’s no need for one on site. They somewhat fixed the air problem on the 2nd night (and I emphasize somewhat). The rooms and hallway smelled of burnt rubber. The beds were super uncomfortable.
