The hotel is good overall for the location and staff and room. The facility is little bit old. The only issue is the shuttle service. Hotel never mentioned the shuttle service is available for picking up so we went to hotel by self. When leaving, hotel arranged shuttle service to train station and claimed hotel will pay but the driver asked us to pay since hotel didn’t give him ticket. That is terrible arrangement.

It was a pleasure staying in this beautiful, spacious and very convenient hotel. The staff, specially Ms. Monika is super helpful and accommodating. It is very convenient to get to the main market area in 2 minutes and not too far from Matterhorn glacier paradise gateway. The in hotel dinner option came as a surprise- excellent food and local delicacies- simply yummy. The hotel was kind to us to arrange complementary drop off to train station. We stayed 3 nights in this very relaxing hotel. The room was facing motherhorn -South view

The location of this hotel is so great - it is right in the center of town, close walk to the train station and many bars and restaurants, and the Main Street of shopping in town. It is great how breakfast is included, and the hotel is clean and nice with some rooms having a good view of the Matterhorn. I would recommend to anyone coming to Zermatt!

We stayed at this hotel in Zermatt for one night and it was amazing! I was very surprised at how central the hotel is within Zermatt. It is close to the river but also very close to the high street, which is full of restaurants and bars. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to have a room with a view of the Matterhorn, as well as breakfast being included. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Zermatt and I would certainly stay here again.

The room was generously sized. It had a balcony facing the clouds in front of the Matterhorn. Fairly quiet in the evening. Day time noise is mostly the construction all over Zermatt - workers in little trucks, helicopters flying materials back and forth, tools in use. When last I was in Zermatt it was a tiny village. Now it's a small town growing ever larger.
