Very conveniently located close to Zermatt train station. Many restaurants and shops close by and easy to get to activities such as Gronergrat and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Hotel was clean and service was good.

Pleasant stay
Hotel was close to train station. Breakfast was minimally choice. It was a pleasant stay with location being best. It’s expensive in zermatt so it was probably the best place we chose. We booked 4 bedroom so it was comfortable for 2 of us. Asked for flask and it was made available. Overall simple and little older looking infrastructure but it was pleasant. To bring your own pillow as it is really flat in general in Switzerland.

I had mixed feeling for this hotel. I like the staffs honesty. I didn't feel welcome but it was ok. I hope that they were more friendly . The room is clean and ok for its price but it was old school in my opinion. I like their location.

Clean & Central
I arrived late (outside the normal check-in hours of the hotel). The gentleman very kindly helped me check in. The room was very clean with comfortable bed and very nice & plump duvet. Shower was a little awkward due to low ceiling (I suppose this only applies to certain top floor rooms) but I managed anyways. Breakfast was very nice & enjoyable and the breakfast lady was very kind and made very good coffee too. Ohhhh and the location is SUPERB,,, so central yet so peaceful and quiet.
