This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldn’t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldn’t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriend…go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

Pior atendimento impossível
O hotel do "não temos", "não sei, vou verificar", "não pode".... 1º dia: no café da manhã havia sanduíche com tomate. Então pedi pra funcionária pegar umas fatias de tomate na cozinha, pra acompanhar o ovo mexido, resposta "só o que tem no buffet!". Na piscina não havia um QR code ou cardápio físico. Então acessei o cardápio pelo site do Hotel e fiz um pedido. Só que o preço final era R$ 70,00 mais caro do que no site, resposta "o cardápio no site está desatualizado", "não temos cardápio em site"...no final o gerente aceitou o preço, disse que só ia cobrar o valor do site... só que no checkout o valor era o do cardápio do hotel, não o combinado (cuidado, eles não comprem com a palavra!). Sempre confiram a nota na hora de pagar! Último dia pedi um late checkout, resposta "na alta temporada não oferecemos late checkout em geral". Minha mulher desceu e falou com a recepção, e olha lá, deram late checkout até as 13h... vai ver que o recepcionista gostou da beleza dela...enfim, tirando a piscina que é ótima, só decepção. O hotel precisa urgente de uma reforma...
