We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful setting surrounded by water and a lovely golf course. Great for walks with the dog. Bar and restaurant were really good. Enjoyed the food and the breakfast.

This was a last minute switch from a place in town and boy, are we happy we did! We felt so secluded but also within 3 minutes of a giant grocery store and shopping area! The room was very spacious and the balcony overlooking the water was excellent. We took advantage of the kayaking. We ate both dinner and breakfast using our kitchen - sponge, dish soap, towel, and dishwasher tablet provided.

At the reception of the hotel we were informed that there is no pool available, but only a spa, which is not free, 49 euros for 2, during one hour. I contacted hotsl.com to ask to change the pictures, because it is really misleading. The room was very nice, really nice bes, but not very clean.

All staff need immediate training in customer service. Rules & regulations the inexperienced staff need to work to are beyond a joke. Check in was late and staff made promises they had no intention of keeping. Worst receptionists I’ve come across They absolutely do not care.

le cadre est magnifique , les employés s'occupant de la partie golf super par contre l'accueil, le service vraiment à revoir , le we les tables du petit déj ne sont pas débarrassées assez fréquemment , les demandes sont super lentes , 1/2 h dpour des oeufs brouillés, pas de tv dans une de nos chambres, 205 la douche bouchée le soir de notre arrivée , certes on nous a donné une autre chambre pour nous doucher mais qu'en meme. de surcroit certes de gel douche shampoing sur les murs ok mais pas de démellant pas de creme , rien de superflu :( mais le cadre est superbe 4 etoiles pour le cadre 2 et 1/2 pour le service , excepté pour le personnel du dimanche sur la terrasse exterieur .

La chambre est spacieuse, bien agencée et équipée. Le lit confortable. Le cadre agréable. J'ai trouvé cependant qu'il faisait un peu frais malgré le chauffage et mal isolé phoniquement pour 1 4 étoiles. Les inondations de la Vilaine ne permettait pas de se garer à proximité immédiate du logement. L'ensemble reste bien et j'ai pu accéder à ma chambre plutôt que prévu. Ça c'était top.
