The staff was very friendly and greeted us upon check-in. They also introduced me to the resort and direction. The room is spacious and very clean. The only down side is that there was no air conditioning. Only heating was in operation. I could not turn off the heating for some reasons. It was fine that I could open the window to get some cool air. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Intercontinental.
