Absolutely incredible
Oh my gooosshh this hotel was AMAZING. The staff are incredible. We fell in love with everyone we met. They were so incredibly kind and helpful. They truly went above and beyond for us. I unfortunately ate some bad food at the airport in Bangkok, and I got food poisoning. The staff were so concerned and so kind. We had booked a private tour to some of the temples and our driver was an absolute saint of a person. He was so patient and understanding. We ended up pulling ourselves together and going on a customised tour, with his recommendations, and we literally had the time of our lives. It was the most incredible thing I've ever experienced. We also went to a restaurant the staff recommended and it was BEYOND incredible. We felt like we were on cloud nine. Siem Reap has our hearts. It was truly the most magnificent place filled with the kindest, loveliest, wonderful people and I wouldn't stay anywhere else after experiencing the hospitality of this hotel. We cannot wait to come back, and bring our kids with us next time. Thank you so much Saem Siemreap! It was a life changing experience in the most magnifficent hotel.

Sensational Saem Siam Reap Hotel
We were picked up from the airport in an air conditioned car driven by a courteous and knowledgeable driver. The greeting at the hotel was first class and all our questions were promptly answered. The room was spacious and clean with a good view of the pool. The facilities in the room were well explained. We chose to have a late lunch in the hotel’s restaurant and the food was especially good! The tour to see Angkor Wat and some other temples was well done. Our tour guide and driver both looked after us extremely well. The guide was a font of knowledge about the history of the places we visited and the provision of cold towels after each stop was gratefully received. The trip to the city centre of Siam Reap only took minutes in a tuk tuk and cost only $3 US each way. There was enough to do shopping, eating and drinking wise to fully entertain us. The Cambodians we met were all friendly and tried their best to communicate in English, making the trip so much easier. I would thoroughly recommend the Saem Siam Reap Hotel to anyone thinking of visiting that part of Cambodia. And we got a great deal on the price!

An excellent stay
My stay at Saem was nothing short of excellent. From check in to check out was wonderful. Upon arrival I was shown the facility and how to use the controller in room.The staff said hello to you once you were on the compound and never hesitated to do so with a smile.Each time you leave the compound no matter how early there was someone who to check if you were ok or needed a call somewhere and they happily welcomed you back when you return. I was offered a late check out and safe place to leave my bag after check out. Even after returning for my bag I was welcomed and sent off with a good bye. My room was very clean and the facilities were excellent.

Great Service!!!
Staying at The Saem Siemreap hotel was amazing. The service and care started with the airport pickup continued throughout our stay. The attention and welcoming attitude of the staff was absolutely incredible. The hotel arranged a phenomenal private tour of Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples. They gladly accommodated all of our requests. The tour guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. His personality was perfect for my wife and I. The hotel is so nice and beautiful. The room was amazing. It was so comfortable and I thought that it was very nicely decorated. I cannot recommend this hotel more. I have never had an experience like the one I had at Saem Siemreap Hotel. The next time I visit Siemreap Reap I will absolutely be staying there again. Thank you to everyone at the hotel we had a wonderful time.
