Amazing place
This place is amazing but not so clean. Unfortunately we found a bug inside the bathroom. About the breakfast, was good with many options, bread, yogurt, coffee and cereal. We recommend this place if you wanna a good cost of benefit.

Fantastic Front Desk!
The hotel is about half an hour away from The Loop, but was in a good spot only a couple blocks away from the El. The hotel even provides a shuttle to pick you up from the El to bring you back to the hotel. But what really made my stay so much worth it was the front desk attendants. I have met three and every single one was sweet, kind and very helpful!

No Complaints, Very Pleased!
Customer Service was very professional! Loved how courteous & accommodating they were! Didn’t think we’d need a crib, but ended up changing our mind & they quickly tended to our needs. Breakfast was good also! Location from the Shedd Aquarium was about 15min, which was perfect for us. Not too close, not to far away. The only thing I disliked was the parking lot. Very tight but again, they will accommodate you over all. Will book again if we travel to Chicago!
