Location, location, location
Great location, close to Termini and lot of nice resturants nearby. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Do not expect a continental breakfast at the hotel :-) The girls in reception was very helpful giving nice information for a first time visitor in Rome. If you can accept that Dina is a little bit shabby, you will be more than ok.

Room was dirty. Mold was all over the shower and curtain. We even found a toenail on the floor by the bed! The photos must have been taken years ago.

Dirty hotel
Such an old hotel with no A/C. I asked about the old mini split in the room, but they don’t turn them on from October to March. The fuse/breaker box was broken and so dirty, there was long hair on the shower walls. I will not stay here again.

Other than the proximity to the train station and the rate, there is not much going for this hotel. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was not worth the 3 euros, the safe was broken, no hair dryer in the room, and the old caged elevator was terribly dusty. I stayed 6 nights and if I could have cancelled and moved I would have. The staff was nice enough though.

We stayed for one night! The check in process was very easy. The room was clean and was the same as in the pictures. Very close to the train station and was walkable to all the main sites we wanted to see.

Right across the street from a wonderful outdoor restaurant. In the middle of the city.
Tiny rooms, but normal for the area.

This place definitely has an outdated look that makes it look old but honestly, it was fine. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and the front desk people were very nice and quick with check-in. Air conditioner worked very well. It is so close to the train station and walkable to many places. I would stay again.

Great location but if I planned better I would not stay here. The room is okay, if you sleep for few hours- not a place to stay for a vacation, pay more and go somewhere else. We did t want to walk at night.

old world building with gloriously ornate and fun elevator... Was so tiresome to open up 3 little doors each time I used it...but I survived.
...(that was sarcastic; it was nice & safe).
Staff was helpful. Breakfast was very good, considering I'm not used to continental breakfasts. :)
thank you, Dina Hotel!

Cheap stay in the centre of Rome.
Poorly cleaned. There was hair left in the bathroom. Small rooms and horrible beds. Location was perfect. Right in the centre 5min from the central station. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Ok stay for a cheap price.
