The hotel was typical Hoxton, staff were a little surly, and because the hotel was so far out of town cabs were premium and having to line up at reception each time was very frustrating. Housekeeping were not as diligent on replacing milk, water, tea/coffee as other Hoxtons.

Well travelled couple whonwere diappointed with tbia hotel: 1. No robes or slippers available. Body lotion bot provided unless requested 2. Charge delivery fee of 5 Euro for room service delivery 3. Website advertises "super king" sized bed. Its a double size at best and its two twin beds pushed together. 4. Service in restaurant is lousy. Would expect more from a 4 star hotel.

Loved staying here! Staff was amazing and really accommodating. Very helpful in getting us a private car for our early morning flight. Our room was cozy and loved the little touch of music playing as we walked in. The hotel is located close to the Borghese gardens and museum which are beautiful. Location is great if you want to be away from the crowds and want to feel more immersed with every day Rome life. Note it's a bit out of the way if you want to be near the higher profile tourist attractions, but because we didn't, this was a great spot for us.
