Very clean Seemed very understaffed when it came to food service Stayed in room k78 Reported a loud ringing sound in the bathroom to service desk and they had the duty manager come and have a quick look at it. Loud ringing again at 4am and 6am -told the front desk but she didn’t even take the unit no down. I hope the next guests aren’t disturbed multiple times throughout the night as we were.
Excellent nothing to wrong Only checkout time is bad due to ferry time Our ferry time was 2pm and we have to wait from 10 am out side.it should be maintained
We liked the location and the resort itself with everything at hand. The only thing we did not like was the condition of the mattress on the bed The mattress seemed to twenty years old as the was no springs left and the pillows were too hard.
Good service and very friendly staffs The problem was the water we have to use for the food or brushing teeth.
Good location. Good staff service. Great facilities. Good restaurant options.
Terrible food, house keeping was disappointing and price was too expensive for what you got.
Shipwrecks to dive on were awesome (take your own snorkel and swim across way better than a guided tour. 30 minute walk up the beach. Very very busy in peak season (new years) hiring a 4wd from the resort was the best way to see the island for us and gives you a break from the resort activities. Great swimming for the kids good safe beach swimming.
Liked the island and view from our room. Great experiences include catching fish from where your sitting on the island, snorkelling through the wrecks, viewing and feeding dolphins. Food amazing at fire and stone. I didnt enjoy the high charges to all activities. Waiting time for coffee and food up to an hour at times. No ice apart from being served at one bar however i could purchase plenty from Belwar on our 4WD trip on the island. Restaurant and cafe staff werent very helpful
The location was stunning and the staff were pleasant cheerful and helpful.
Food was sub standard and cost was high. The ambience was also lacking at the facilities
