Aiming high
The hotel is aspirational.. reminds me of a hotel in Hong Kong.. but has trouble backing it up. Pool is beautiful but the area around it is tiny... so get there early if you want to hang.. maybe only room for 25 or so people to sit anywhere? Pillow menu is largely unavailable if the hotel is busy and found the service slow generally. In 6 months or so they might have it sorted.

Girls Night away
What a great place to stay in Southbank. It was perfect for my sister & I and my 2 teenage grand daughters to celebrate in Style. Above and over our expectation, we plan to return asap. Treat yourself this hotel is fabulous.
