Nice in cap hill
This was a great place located in cap hill. Spite all the traffic and noise it was a clean and quiet place that has a friendly and professional staff. Housekeeping was the best. If I needed towels or anything they were so accommodating.

The staff was friendly but our room was not clean. The floor literally smelled like pee and when we noticed the dirtiness of the floor we all checked out socked and our socks were black underneath. Other peoples stuff was also left in the room.

First, the cleanliness was outstanding and is a tribute to the staff. Everyone I talked with at the front desk was friendly and helpful as well. The property itself was run down, and poorly maintained. The A/C unit was loud and intrusive, the bathroom poorly laid out, and the maintenance work was very poorly executed. The front door was so poorly sealed that I could see daylight through the gap. Also, the included breakfast was not worth the effort to stop and partake of. Overall, the room was clean, but is not something I would recommend to others, or would use again.

Clean, super kind staff, felt safe
It was really nice! It is downtown and there were many homeless, but none felt threatening and the property felt secure! The room was clean and the staff was super kind. My only "complaint" is that the bed was a standard spring bed so kind of stiff, but it was comfortable enough! The pillows were super soft, everything was clean, including the bathroom! We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Always a great time at this hotel. Any room request i ask for they always go above and beyond honoring it. Love this location as I am in walking distance of resturants, the 16th street mall, bars and clubs. And not a long drive to the Denver Zoo.

The person in the room next to me had their TV on very loud all night long. First time I tell the office it was after 10pm. They go to the room and it gets turned down for awhile. Woke me up again at 2am. I went to the front desk and at that time they offer to move me to another room. Says there is nothing they can do about the person in the next room with the loud TV.

This was a perfectly reasonable accommodation for the price. I was a bit concerned by the ratings on it but when we got there everything was fine. It is significantly less expensive than the next four or five closest hotels. We were there for a concert and it was directly across from the venue so it made sense. If you are looking for a clean cheap room in downtown Denver, I don't have any complaints. There isn't a ton of parking, but what is available is well lit.

You get what you pay for
Cheaper than many places downtown, but for $130 maybe working wifi would be good as it was constantly going out/weak signal. The renovation took a lot of short cuts, especially with electrical. When I left my cash deposit for incidentals, I was assured that someone would be available when we left at 5:30am, but there was no one for me or the family ahead of me so i had to return later for my deposit.
