Great one-night stay before a morning flight at Midway. Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms. Easy airport shuttle every 20 minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was great. Heating system was a little off. Light switch in sink room was not working correctly with lights.

Good place to spent some nights. The hotel looks nice and clean. Service was friendly and helpful. Our stay included the continental breakfasts and was good. The dining area seemed to be a bit small but cozy. Some of the furniture in the lobby could be replaced for something newer for a better first-appearance. The room was clean and well decorated, furnished it and organized. It included a kitchen-dining area that was clean as well. The hotel has a pool room and a gym that were nice and clean. I only wish the water was warm, we didn't stay for too long swimming since it was too cold. Overall, the hotel covers the expectations and i will say a bit more than that. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family

It was a very enjoyable experience at the Residence Inn Marriott. The hotel room was very clean, larger than expected, and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in search of an affordable hotel suite that is relatively close to the Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium, and the Natural History Museum.

The staff are very friendly and super helpful to overcome any short comings, and they do it with a smile!!! The staff made the stay much better! The condition of the hotel is ok, but there were significant stains on the upholstery, and we bought cleaning products to wipe down all surfaces, walls, tables etc which needed it. You have to understand (which we did not) that the hotel is used for very long extended stays, which I think contributes to the overall condition of the room. The hotel is super busy, and there were two police incidents involving unruly guests. Again, the staff were very apologetic, and they can not control other's actions.

Great spacious suite. Full kitchen with frig, sink, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. Large living area with couch with pull out bed, large screen tv, big tiled bathroom, large separate vanity and closet. Stayed here for a family reunion near Midway Airport. Have stayed at two other properties in this hotel complex and this was by far the best yet. Would stay here again if we want to be around the southwest side of Chicago.

Beautiful stay, amazing customer service. Loved the outdoor firepit as well as the Meet and Greet offered in the lobby. The indoor pool a big plus. All in all a very well run business. Will definetly stay again.
