It has an excellent location where all the major shopping stores are in close proximity. We went shopping, and dropped them back to the hotel, then we went out for more shopping. The foods around the area are great with 2 convenient stores next to the hotel. I will definitely come back next time when we visit Japan again. This hotel is great, close to shops, convenience stores and the major Don Quijote store. The only downfall is how small the rooms are. If you can navigate that you'll be fine. You barely have enough room to fit your luggages into. Beds are comfortable but for future I would book a bigger room if they have them available.
