Our room was smelled like cigarettes on the non smoking floor. Requested for a room change and the service desk was friendly and accommodating to find another king size bed room for us. The new room was slightly bigger and bigger bathroom. The furniture was out dated and so is the building. We were only there for one night. Found hair pieces in the bathroom and the shower curtain was very dirty. Had a lot of stains. Also found hair and there on the bed. Felt gross staying in the room. The only thing that was great is the location. I guess you pay for what you get. Don’t let pictures deceive you on Expedia and their website. I’d pay a little extra for a better hotel.

Requested for 3 pax, 2 adults and 1 child. The bed was a tiny Queen size! There was no possibility to squeeze! When asked the counter, they say no king size option available (but I already stated THREE pax upon booking)!! They wanted me to top up 300plus SGD for 3 nights for an extra bed. BUT, there was no walkable space anymore if we added the bed! =(((( no good sleep for 5 nights!

Had a wonderful stay at The Luxe Manor on our visit to Hong Kong! It was really nice of Tony (the head concierge) and Agnes (at the front desk) to upgrade us to a lovely room. The service from all the staff was exceptional and the facilities are compact, quirky, beautiful, and well-maintained. The staff had excellent travel pointers and recommendations, and also let us use the shower facilities in the gym after we'd checked out so we could clean up after our beach day before heading to the airport. Highly recommend the food at FINDS, their in-house Scandinavian restaurant - even their complimentary crusty sourdough served with olive oil, homemade butter and cheese was sensational.
