I don’t understand some of the bad reviews of this hotel, to me it was excellent all the way. Staff were excellent, very helpful. Only thing i was not happy about it was they made bone wear in the pool mandatory however you have to purchase it which is no big deal. They have a very nice hamam, sauna, steam room etc. Very close to Taxim Square, in fact next to it. I am glad i chose this hotel and I believe some of the bad reviews are not realistic.

I don't mind a building that it is old, as it should be in the center of a historic city, but I expected the carpets to be clean and fairly new for the price and for a name called Elite! This hotel chain has other buildings which are truly nice, but not this one.
