During my stay at the Vogue Hotel Supreme, I requested at check-out that the hotel call a trusted taxi, indicated by them, with a charge for the taximeter. Upon arriving at my destination, the driver charged the card for a much higher amount than that registered on the taximeter and left the place immediately, without any possibility of clarification at the moment. I contacted the hotel as soon as I realized what happened, since the service was mediated by them. However, I didn't get any feedback, explanation or any kind of support. The total lack of positioning in the face of a serious problem involving a service indicated by the hotel itself was extremely disappointing. When a hotel proposes to indicate or mediate external services, a minimum of responsibility and support to the guest is expected in situations like this. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. I leave this report as an alert to future guests.

The Vogue is half a block from the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosqye. Staff is attentive, knowledgable, and friendly. Particular kudos to Ayhan at the front desk who sees to your every need.— taxi, tour recomendations, directions. We would definitely stay there again. Oh, and extensive breakfast buffet.
