I was so impressed with Lima, who was responsible for everything from check-in to minor service. The hotel was so perfect and the lounge on the first floor was very well maintained. If I go to London again, I will definitely make a reservation again.

Ideal location for Theatre,galleries etc. Quiet room despite close proximity to bustling area of Trafalgar Square. Room and bathroom are spacious,a little dated but clean. Bed a small double but linen lovely and comfortable. Expensive for what you get-a no frills, basic room but central location commands the price. Breakfast not good value either.

It's a beautiful hotel, well maintained, and in an excellent location. Trafalgar Square is close to theaters, shopping, and sites. The staff is very helpful and warm. My only warning is to avoid the breakfast. It's about $40 per person for the full English breakfast.
