Great for the price. Budget friendly. Decent breakfast. Nothing over the top but was clean With a great location to the falls park. We parked our rental car and never needed to drive it for three days. Next door to Skyon tower. Our room had direct view of the American side falls and of the fireworks that happen at 10pm every night. Would absolutely go back. Walking distance to everything. Free parking. No trouble finding a spot…In late June.

The Stay was good, Pretty good view from the 6th floor for the Falls, Balconys were small very small Tv in the King Room, People up Stairs were Noisy lol. All and all i would come again the breakfast in the morning was ok not very warm.. If there wasent parking at the place u had to park around the corner kinda annoying but it was free.

They denied to give the falls view room that we booked with premium price... Their excuse was "you did reservation via THE THIRD PARTY" (hotel.com)" On top of it, the air-condition didn't work... it was very uncomfortable night. DON'T recommend this over-hyped MOTEL, get something better near by for lot less.
