They missed my booking, no one was working when I arrived at 18h, they couldn't be bothered to respond to my email once someone was back at reception the next day. Regular cleaning wasn't occuring, the power in the whole hostel went out one night and they didn't know where the breaker was, and they didn't provide me with proper bed linens. Maybe it wouldn't have been such a horrible experience had anyone working there shown any empathy or customer service.
