A Great Stay with Room for Improvement

We really enjoyed our stay at Solana Hotel! The hotel and its premises were beautiful, with clean facilities and a fantastic pool area — especially the infinity pool, which was a highlight. The on-site restaurants were great, offering delicious food and a nice atmosphere. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The breakfast was just okay – we would have appreciated better quality bread and a bit more variety. While the room was clean and well-maintained, the beds were quite uncomfortable, and the sofa bed for the older children was really poor, making it hard for them to sleep well. Pillows could also use an upgrade. Overall, a solid hotel with lots to enjoy, but a few updates would make the stay even better.

Great place to stay! Food options are halal, themed buffet nights and a restaurant on site. Very clean and the spa is lovely with lots of treatments to choose from. Had one of the best facials there! Rooms were a little small considering we booked studio rooms. Rooms came with a spacious bathroom and a built in kitchen. Would have like more in room services such as water bottles and an iron.

All employees from the reception to Breakfast, and Spa services have kind and helpful. there were a couple of rainy days during our stay, but we enjoyed the holiday thanks to the pools, gym and sauna facilities. Had a rather mixed stay at Solana. The room was a good size and comfortable. The rooftop pool is definitely the star feature of the hotel, plenty of shade and perfect water temperature with great view. There's a bar you can get drinks and good food too. We only had breakfast but there was plenty of choice. We had a strange experience with house keeping placing a do not disturb sign on our door, then posting a "we noted the sign and didn't clean" leaflet under the door. Unfortunately it took 3 days for them to confirm this which meant we didn't have peace of mind whilst there and no explanation as to why this would happen. There also is no shampoo or conditioner so come prepared! Despite this we did manage to have a lovely stay with easy walking distance to lovely restaurants.

Solana stay

The Solana is a good hotel, in a great location.Staff were amazing, very helpful , they went the extra mile! On the downside, their AC only works at to a certain temperature depending on the time of year, not great as our room was warm. We also had to swap rooms after two days due to the noise from a large flume vent outside our bedroom window, the hotel were more than happy to accommodate with a new room.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms and great service

The hotel is very nice, spacious rooms and great condition. The service was also gr at and reception was very helpful with any queries. The indoor swimming pool is a great feature and the family enjoyed it fully. Little things such as having shampoo in the room could be improved and the construction works are not great if you wanna rest but apart from that all was great, would love to stay again

The staffs starting from one of the manager called Oliver aka James Bond was very helpful throughout especially organising my wife’s 50th birthday celebration. The receptionist too were professional, room was very okay and the restaurant/ kitchen staff were fantastically professional and ready to help any time you approach them. Overall I am a family now and will surely visit again and again.
