Way to many people in the breakfast aria, many things was finnished and you bump in to people all the time. The wait for the elevator to just go down to the breakfast or the lobby was upp to 15-20 minutes since it was full and you have to wait until next or next to get able to come in to the elevator. Clean.Comfortable bed+pillows.Courteous friendly staffs reception, bell boys, valet,servers(bfast) and housekeeper. The Coffee lounge was supposedly closed at 8:30pm, but at 7:30pm she had turned off the lights and wrapped up. Special thx to Mr Steven for seeing that my Coffee+Muffins was sent to the Kapitan Dining hall.Bfast: Wide but not tasty. Stale breads and cakes.Nothing would make you go for seconds. Nasi Lemak’s ikan bilis is hard and salty..shameful for a national pride dish. I tried to order coffee to chill and enjoy the evening at rooftop, but was denied by staff.Nxt time I’ll try another place for a staycation.

Hotel service and care is always excellent in Asia. No difference with all the staff at Grand Santa Signature KL. Hotel lobby is in the smaller side, but very comfy and clean and has all the amenities of bigger hotel. Breakfast has many selection, but the western option is rather limited. However seating is plentiful and all the staff were delightful. Cleanliness was also very good. In our second stay within a week, we were given a larger room in the 2nd floor. We were quite pleased because the previous room in 7th floor was quite tiny. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was also clean and well equipped. The AC which is very important, worked very well in both rooms. Overall we are very pleased with our stay at Grand Santa Signature. We will definitely book again due to the above comments and its proximity to KLCC and other attractions.

Housekeeping did a fantastic job and kept the room spotless every day. The location is also great — pretty much walking distance to shopping and many nearby attractions. Highly recommended!
