My husband and I spent our 30th wedding anniversary at the Majestic Colonial Club. We were totally impressed with this resort from the entertainment, food, activities and just being able to enjoy the relaxation of being at the ocean and the amazing swimming pools that this resort has to offer. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms in the colonial club were absolutely perfect and the ground floor rooms have direct access from your room into the swimming pool, pool bar and jacuzzi. Would highly recommend this resort.

I had to formally file a complaint in order to get my room cleaned up after my first 48hrs at the hotel. Hospitality needs to improve and the facilities need much more care. Sofa in my room was very dirty (fabric), Pool tiles missing, exposing sharp edges, common areas by the pool and hallways always with dirty cups and plates. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and definitely I won’t came back

Excellent facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful Johan and Rahul from the bars was very accomodating. At the supreme buffet restaurant Ricardo made our dining experience extra special. The food was fantastic with many options for guests to choose from. One thing I would suggest is that the meat stations be separate in the buffet, the different meat for people like myself who do not eat pork or beef should be kept separate. Some nights everything was in the same serving station. I must say however that when I asked for a clean knife to be used for the chicken or lamb it was done without hesitation. The beach was also very nice. What surprised me was how many beach chairs and beds were available for guest to choose from. No rushing for chairs etc. I would recommend this resort, it was beyond my expectation.

Our second time visiting the property, When we arrived our butler Yulian (A ) was waiting on us, quick stop to sign our paperwork and we were taken to our room. Everything was in the room we asked for and decorated for my wife's birthday beautifully, He would check on us a couple times everyday and anything we needed he made sure we had it. Our Favorite Bar Team, July and Catherine (Both Also A ) at the Swim up bar Club side were also amazing with their personal touches. Everyone we encountered during the stay, from restaurants, cleaning staff and ground crews are very friendly and will serve you with smile. Food was Good, Couple meals were very salt forward, But there were always a lot of options to try at each restaurant. Evening Shows are entertaining and nice to attend. Only Downsides I can comment on, we had no hot water one night, but the next morning it was fixed, and the hallways carry a lot of noise especially with loud guests, A towel under the door works great to help.

I liked the room which was very spacious, the food was great and the staff and service was excellent. Ines from guest services was wonderful and very accommodating and Ernesto was very helpful at the gym. Also one of the gentlemen at the carving station (chicken) was extremely sweet and always willing to help the clients. Overall it was a great experience and one place I would definitely return!

The whole experience was amazing and we loved every aspect of it. Everyone was so kind and friendly and we will definitely return. Also there was some stray cats that as animal lovers we absolutely loved and enjoyed. They were so friendly and it brought a piece of home there for us.
