A good hotel choice but two things missing
We stayed one night on our return trip home after a summer holiday in Italy. The hotel is new and well furnished and fitted out. The reception staff were excellent. The hotel is out of the town centre so it was disappointing to find that the hotel restaurant only serves breakfasts. That was unclear when we booked. It was also disappointing that this new hotel did not have EV chargers in the car park. Two minuses against what is otherwise a great hotel

I was leary choosing here because of few bad reviews. But I'm glad I did. What people need to remember is this is a Holiday Inn and not a five-star Resort. The breakfast selections were that of a common Europe breakfast, not an American breakfast. The staff spoke English and we're always so happy to help if you need anything. There's absolutely nothing within walking distance and you may have a little trouble getting any Uber here depending on the length of the trip. It's a small quiet city so Uber isn't a big thing there. Highly recommend using a rental if you stay here.

We liked so much about this property. It is a smart hotel so for example your key must be in a slot at the door to turn on the lights. Therefore when you leave and take your key, no lights are accidentally left on….energy saving! The breakfast bar was fresh and had lots of variety. Everything was comfortable except that we couldn’t turn on the air because it was too cold outside (part of the smart building), but the staff helped us open a window. All good!

Für ein verlängertes Wochenende sehr gut. Ruhige Lage. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Sauberkeit war gut, da ist nichts zu beanstanden. Personal beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam, hat schnell schmutziges Geschirr abgeräumt, Frühstücksplätze sind allerdings etwas wenig und teilweise nicht sehr gemütlich, wenn ich mit Freunden oder Familie frühstücken möchte. Der Blick auf die Fernsehbildschirme für mich eher störend.

4 Tage zur Rehacare Messe in Düsseldorf verbarchtenwir zur Übernachtung in diesem Hotel. bei Ankunft war alles perfeckt vorbereitet, sodaß das einchecken prima ablief. Der Service an der Rezeption einwandfrei. Einzigster Kritikpunkt ist die fehlende Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad. Wenn man möchte das die Gäste des Hauses die Handtücher mehrmals nutzen, muß auch die Voraussetzung dazu dasein, da fehlt es absolut. Noch schlimmer in den Barrierefreien Bäder.

Gutes Hotel, aber nicht perfekt.
Das Hotel ist modern und die Zimmer schick und ausreichend groß. Das Zimmer war weitgehend sauber, nur an einer Stelle war Dreck, der auch bei der Zwischenreinigung nicht weggesaugt wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr ärgerlich sind die Parkgebühren von 12 Euro pro Tag, was wir bei einem Hotel in dieser Lage eigentlich nicht akzeptabel finden. Das Hotel war an dem Wochenende unseres Besuchs sehr voll, so dass auch der Frühstücksbereich bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt war. Eine Regulierung/Platzzuweisung durch das Personal erfolgte nicht, wodurch an großen Tischen nur zwei Leute saßen und größere Gruppen sich an kleine Tische quetschten mussten. Die Nachfüllung von Lebensmitteln, Besteck und Tassen erfolgte schnell.

Angekommen wurde uns direkt erzählt das kein Doppelbett Zimmer (wobei dies extra gebucht wurde) verfügbar ist. Abgewimmelt mit einem Einzelbett Zimmer und Cola, sehr schlechter Umgang.
