Just Fine for 57th Street
I travel to NYC once a month, but normally stay downtown. I thought this hotel was the larger one next door, which is now a Thompson. I had stayed there previously, so I was confused. The hotel was fine, but pretty basic. The room pictures when booking did not represent what I received. There was no place to sit except on the bed on the terrible desk chair. The pic had a daybed type piece of furniture. The shower was nice, but the bathroom lacked vanity space. The restaurant service wasn’t great, but the breakfast was sufficient.
