Room was great , Staff were great. Location is very hand for Main Station and Underground. However the elevators take a lifetime to come. Especially in the morning. Stairs are for emergency use only so you have no choice but to wait on the elevator. It took 15 mins one morning for us to get to reception from the elevator. This is a regular stop for us when visiting Dusseldorf. We stay in the executive suites usually. Very clean and comfortable and worth the little bit extra if you can afford it. Very impressed with our server in the restaurant as he remembered us, where we were from, and what we enjoyed last visit.

Good hotel with walking distance from railway station. Good breakfast with many dishes. Spa was with small swimming pool and sun beds. Gym was small and no weights. Rowing machine was half broken. Winnie at hotel reception was super and 10 points for her friendly service.

Good location near to HBF and bus station. You are right in the heart of little Tokyo so there is plenty to do eat and drink. Main centre of town is a short walk. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The only issue I had was that the elevators were out of action for a day. Not a big deal but not the first time i have had this issue here! Definitely recommend

At the second morning the person at the breakfast desk informed us our breakfast was not included, even though we did book it for 2 days/nigths. He would check it and never got back to us. Staff at the breakfast is not very kind or service minded. The sink in the bathroom was fractured as the bathroom is quite dated. Location and park options are great.
