Quick stay for business trip. Nice clean hotel but absolutely absurd to charge for parking in a non-downtown location surrounded by plenty of parking.

Good place to stay near Midway
Staff was excellent. Very helpful and followed up with me on a question I had. Very satisfactory. Was all very clean and well-run. Elevators are on the slow side, but not enough to dock a point. Recommend.

Much more than a place to spend the night
I joined a group of sight and hearing impaired friends for a long weekend at the hotel, and I can't say enough about the helpful staff and wonderful accommodation my friends received. I am sighted, so I could observe how much care everyone took to be helpful. As for my own comfort, I certainly had everything I could wish for, and I particularly liked the breakfast and just hanging out in the open atrium. But I also managed to get quite a bit of work done during off hours, because the suite had a great work table, good light, plenty of outlets, and excellent WiFi.

Very nice Hotel, the airport shuttle was very hand
Very nice Hotel, the airport shuttle was very handy. We used the train from the airport to get to downtown Chicago and the 24 hour airport shuttle made it very easy to get around. No car rental needed.
