The clerk that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Security seemed to be a real priority with this place, which makes me think this is not a really good area...but we felt secure. The place is a bit run-down, but was very clean.

Horrible Hotel with cockroaches
This hotel is by far the worst. We showed up to our room late, after a concert only to find it was filty, smelled like cigarettes and saw a cockroach go running on the wall. Management gave me a thumbs up when i notified them and asked if we were going to leave.

It's super close to shopping centers, the staff is very understanding. Worked with me. The only thing I didn't like was being put in a room, mind you I have small children and to walk in my room to find dirty rags everywhere, bug killer or whatever it was in the middle of the floor, everything was pulled away from the wall.
