Good Option for South Tahoe
Great location less than one block from the Heavenly gondola and reasonably clean rooms with no strange smell. Overall, this hotel is a great option for the lower cost hotels in South Tahoe that are frequently terrible. The blinds need maintenance as they do not close properly. Need better instructions on how to use cable TV. Front desk could not figure it out, but the cleaning staff helped me.

It was alright
This place was alright. it was good for an average stay, from being out in the cold all day it was so nice to have the room warm. the shower was a bit of an issue. cold water would run even when u would just use hot water handle but then outta no where hot water would appear. it was clean as much as it could be, no mess and everything was good.

Nasty
Don’t believe the pictures……the room was so dirty we had to clean it. The door had a 2” gap at the bottom that let all the cold air in and to stop it we had to stuff towels under the door

The room was dirty. My shower handle wasn't even on the spigot. Just sitting in the bottom of the shower. It continuously dropped. The front desk just blew me off.

Close to Heavenly and access to Lake. Otherwise pretty outdated property but room was pretty spacious and some updating was recently done. Always hot shower and good water pressure, but I didn’t take my flip-flops off ever. Not the facility of luxury, but area was safe, quiet after 11pm and front desk guy was attentive and friendly. Not bad if you’re not looking to spend $200 on a room. Also good parking. Accommodates quite a bit of vehicles well.

I had to deposit $75. Place is dirty. Bedsheets looks used. Bathroom has mold and showers rusty. Power went out too.

If you need a cheap hotel to sleep for the night then this is absolutely fine. It’s nothing special at all but convenient, easy parking and felt safe.

$200 a night I was expecting A nicer facility. First night, we rented the room with the Jacuzzi in it and found out that the room next to us was occupied by the owners family. They were loud obnoxious and would always put a chair outside of our door So we had to walk around them to get to our room. It felt like we were inconveniencing them. We switched to a different room The second night, but it wasn’t much better. The walls are paper thin so you can literally hear everything Your neighbor is doing. The place looks like it hasn’t been remodeled since the 70s. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
