The Buzz Inn is a cute and cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom recently renovated duplex that we think you'll fall in love with. From the country feel of the backyard to the cozy interior. A snug dining area that is shared with the living space. Makes enjoying dinner with your favorite show complete. You can enjoy local venues such as Latitude 35 Grill & Pub, LeClair's General Store, and the Cape Fear Regional Theater. All are within walking distance to Downtown and the Segra Stadium are only a 5 minutes ride away!The Space:Guest will have access to the entire home with the exception of one locked closet. Enjoy parking for two vehicles in the driveway and find comfortable free spots for additional vehicles on the street. There are two driveways to accommodate the needs of our duplex and its guests.Guest Access:The Historic Haymount neighborhood is the gem of Fayetteville. LeClair's General Store for coffee and gifts. Latitude 35 is a great pub/dinner featuring great brunch and dinner options. Don't miss the 1897 Poe House or the Airborne and Special Ops Museum while you are here!Interaction with Guests:Though check in is self-guided, this home is hosted by Military First BnB Solutions Host Team and we strive to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. However, check-ins later than 9 pm must be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure a smooth check-in for the guests. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may require check-in the next morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.The Neighborhood:There are shops, pubs and diners within walking distance of the home. Downtown and Segra Stadium are about a 5 minute drive away. If you are heading to a baseball game, save yourself the parking trouble and catch a Lyft or Uber. ANNOUNCE ALL GUESTS prior to arrival. Additional Guests Fees will be applied retroactively for unannounced guests. 4. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS of any nature are allowed. An unauthorized party will result in immediate REMOVAL from the property WITHOUT refund.5. PARKING is only permitted on the paved areas. Please do not park in any yard space. Damages to lawn caused by unauthorized parking will result in additional charges. 6. NO SMOKING inside of our home is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, tobacco pipes, water pipes, hookahs or any combustible materials.
