Estrutura surpreendente, próximo às cidades de Brasília e Goiânia. Diversas piscinas e espaço completíssimo para quem está com crianças pequenas. Quarto novo e espaçoso, porém o banheiro da suíte é feio e muito apertado, nem condiz com o quarto. Alimentação saborosa e com várias opções. A pensão completa não inclui nenhuma bebida, nem nas refeições. Suco de laranja não é natural, é processado. Staff bem intencionado e, em sua grande maioria, bastante atencioso e educado. Contudo, minha mãe perdeu os óculos escuros e foi uma dificuldade para encontrar o setor de achados e perdidos, que sequer está sinalizado. Consiste em uma porta identificada como "depósito" e tem três portas assim identificadas no quarto andar do bloco que nos foi informado pelo Sr. Thalles. Segundo ele o achados e perdidos era "no rumo da copa baby", e não é, é em outro andar inclusive. Ao chegarmos lá, após abrirmos portas de depósitos com várias toalhas jogadas no chão, procurei novamente o referido funcionário e pedi que ele nos acompanhasse para conseguir chegar ao local. Ele nos levou em outra porta, identificada tb como depósito, e estava trancada. Foi preciso aguardar alguém chegar com a chave. Infelizmente não encontramos os óculos. O funcionário Thalles pediu que enviássemos foto (dos óculos perdidos!!!!) para ele poder identificar se encontrasse. Então, falta um pouco de preparo, melhor identificação dos espaços e um pouco de organização. Mas, vale a experiência, o resort é surpreendente.

Pelo preço não sei se retorno novamente.
E a segunda vez que me hospedo com minha familia neste hotel, da outra vez ficamos em um quarto um pouco apertado e perto de um local que fazia muito barulho quando chovia, nesta segunda vez o quarto foi bem melhor aproveitado, e o banheiro com maior espaço para troca de roupas e guarda de toalhas, o que nos deixou chateados foi na entrada os mensageiros levaram 40 minutos para entregar nossas bagagens no quarto, e na saida apesar de dizerem que o hotel já estava vazio e o check-out seria rapido e os mensageiros estariam de prontidão, não foi o que aconteceu eu peguei as bagagens junto com minha esposa e levamos direto para o nosso quarto, pois os entregadores apensar de muitos não estavam de prontidão para nos atender.

Muito bom
Hotel excelente para ir com crianças, all inclusive farto, com comida gostosa e bebida gelada, único ponto negativo é que achei as piscinas com o tratamento de cloro muito forte, que fazia os olhos arderem, fora isso tudo muito bom! Recomendo!

Eu e meus filhos adoramos! Tudo muito novinho, quarto bonito e confortável, funcionários muito atenciosos e educados, comida boa e com variedade (alias, adorei os grelhados q faziam na hora, alcatra e filé), piscina limpa, muita recreação para as crianças. Enfim, super indico o Tauá.

Foi uma ótima estadia. O Hotel é muito agradável. A comida é excelente. Os quartos são grandes. Tem várias atividades. As piscinas são ótimas. Como sugestão: 1. poderiam rever o sistema de aquecimento dos alimentos no buffet, pois esfria muito rápido, 2. Deveriam colocar mais lixeiras.
