It was a very good experience staying with the property. The rooms was spacious and the condition were top notch.The front desk staff were really helpful. They helped to book a jumbo taxi on the spot when we were not aware that it must be booked a day in advance. Special thanks to the gentlemen who helped us and sorry as we didn't managed to get your name.

A really nice hotel. Centrally located and right on the beach. Nice rooms, comfy beds. The hotel next door had a pool where people were quite loud. Other than it being noisy, it was a good experience.

Great hotel in Haeundae, near the entertainment district with its many shops and restaurants! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms (we had one with a sea view) are large and beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The wellness area with a Jacuzzi, indoor pool, Swedish sauna, and outdoor pool is simply fantastic. The extensive breakfast buffet, although a bit pricey, was fresh and delicious. We would definitely book the Grand Josun Busan on our next stay. Highly recommended – keep it up – thank you!

Wonderful hotel stay. Ocean view room was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and had a great view. The sunsrise on our last day was worth getting up early for. The staff here were outstanding. Eddy did a great job helping us and even the people looking after our suitcases were extra friendly and called us a taxi and had our luggage in the car before we got outside. Best hotel in South Korea! Loved our stay. Hotel breakfast was good too.
