The bedding is dirty, there’s ants on the sink and there’s o ac available.

The hot water was lukewarm at best. Very old section of town but close to the Center, Mercado, Cathedral. Nothing available in the area after sunset until dawn. So get what you need before then.

It was a single bed and very tiny. The was also very small matress and on a cement slab. No windows. Sheets and pillow cases were clean but really old. Room was clean and the hotel was safe. It is also in a good location for walking to food or shops.

NO AC THEY SHOULD ANNOUNCE IT. ALSO PEOPLE TALKING OR WORKING TILL MOD NIGHT OR SOO.. THE FAN THAT IS THERE IS NOT MUCH HELP WITH THE HEAT..BED SOUNDS LIKE THE SPRINGS ARE ABOUT TO COME OUT AND THE SHEETZ ARE STAIN. NOT EVEN WORTH THE 500 PESOS

One key in or out. If someone in your stays behind, you need to leave the key for them to lock the door. Theirs no door knob only a deadbolt. Only stairs, no elevator. Three flights up . You have to leave your key at the front desk to get a cleaning service. The front counter tent to give out torn towels. Three night stay not worth it

Excelente ubicación.

No hubo complicaciones con el check in y la atención del personal. La habitación estaba limpia. El único inconveniente fue que no hay aire acondicionado en la habitación seleccionada (si contaba con ventilador). Igualmente volveré a hospedarme si requiero estar en el centro de Guadalajara.

Muy agradable el lugar y excelente solo el detalle que al llegar solo encontramos una toalla claramente en el lobby si pides te la dan pero nosotros llegamos y nos bañamos sin revisar pero todo muy amable y agradable
