Nice quality hotel. Would recommend.
The hotel is only a few years old and well maintained. The premier king room I stayed in has good (easily adjustable) aircon, strong and powerful hot water, a spacious and clean bathroom and friendly and attentive staff. Beds are comfortable and the mini fridge is good to have. Shampoo and shower wash are wall mounted and means no environmental waste. Bottled water is supplied and there is also a hot water jug and tea and coffee. There is also a filtered water machine in the foyer for topping up reusable water bottles - environmental plus. Power turns off when you take out the room key and leave the room so once again an environmental plus. Good roomy safe for storing electronics and travel documents etc. Room servicing is available if you want it by simply hanging out the appropriate door tag. The front desk were happy to arrange a taxi for my airport transfer. Nearby is a fantastic open air but covered food court with local and international offerings. Didn’t have a car but it’s level walk to Komtar and Penang Road shops and restaurants. It’s a 5 minute walk to Stop 11 of the free CAT bus service stop in Jalan Transfer which can be used for discovering the heritage areas of Georgetown. TV could do with some extra channels but I wasn’t there to watch TV. Definitely recommend and will stay there again.

I had a very nice stay here. Friendly staff, comfy bed, strong AC, fantastic shower and mostly quiet, except for a faint drone of dance music at night from a local bar, which I was able to tune out. I stayed 10 days. Tons of restaurants, street food, coffee shops and 7-11 within 2 blocks walk. Full grocery store 3 blocks away. Only a 10-minute walk to 3 shopping malls. Get out and explore the neighborhood and you will be blown away by all of the various dining options! It was nice to be in Georgetown, without being in the congested downtown. I will stay here again.

Location is a plus; walking distance to large food court opposite. Clean with basic amenities provided , inc coffee and tea making. My only gripe is no reserved car park; not convenient if you have elderly folks with walking difficulties.
