A work in progress hotel, the front of the house and bedroom / bathrooms are very attractive and of high quality. Pool and surrounds are all painted concrete. Host is a pleasant Belgian although we were greeted by " you are only staying for one night but you are supposed to have a minimum stay of 2 nights, but it is OK you can stay anyway, it is not a problem", in which case why mention it.
We were shown the controls for the air conditioning but i could not make them work, on enquiry it transpires that it is faulty.
The small patio area at the back of each room has exposed wires where should be light fittings (out of reach)
We enquired about the time for breakfast, were told that it is bread and coffee/tea but it is not served until 0930 on a Sunday (because this is spain), there was no offer to give us anything at all for the fridge for the morning or any other solution.
There is parking available but at a charge of 15 euros a night, this hotel B&B is in the middle of the countryside so a car is essential, i have never know a B&B in this situation to charge a fee. It does state this charge in the hotel description.
