We recently stayed at the Em Royalle, and I must say I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel's attention to detail was shockingly poor, making my stay quite unpleasant.
Firstly, upon check-in, I noticed that the bed set was lacking a top sheet. Upon request, the staff insisted that that's how they make the bed. It was clear that the staff had not paid attention to detail.
Secondly, we were lacking basic toiletries such as towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes. We asked for housekeeping services but they replaced the bath rug with a worn out rug, very poor.
Furthermore, the service was lackluster. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, failing to address my concerns promptly. Our room key kept on resetting at 12 noon and we have to request access from thr front desk. It was evident that there was a lack of proper training and supervision.
I was extremely satisfied with the kitchen services and the food was great. Location is pristine since the hotel is by the beach.
Overall, my experience at Em Royalle Hotel 2/5.

• Improve cleanliness standards: Ensure that rooms are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
• Upgrade amenities: Provide guests with quality towels, toiletries, and other amenities to enhance their comfort.
• Enhance staff training: Train the staff to be more attentive, courteous, and professional in their interactions.
